Access to the
documentation download area does not require registration with Sirius.
The following download areas all require a user ID and password:
Sirius Site User IDs
Call Sirius Software Support at +1.617.876.6677, extension 1, to request a
Sirius user ID or to reset your password.
We will need to verify your organization before you can download products or generate emergency
disaster recovery authorization zaps.
If you need to change information in your profile, please send an e-mail outlining the requested
changes to: support@sirius-software.com.
Passwords will not automatically expire, but users are encouraged to keep their passwords secret
and to change them frequently.
Your password can be changed at the logonid/password prompt by entering your current and new passwords
separated by a colon in the password field, like this:
currentpwd:newpwd
After the password is changed, you will be prompted again to enter the logon ID and
password in order to clear the old password from your browser's cache.
